What is the New Jersey State Guns n' Hoses Boxing Championship?
Gun n' Hoses is an amateur charity boxing event featuring law enforcement, and emergency personnel from the state of New Jersey. 

Who can participate?
Any police, fire, corrections or emergency medical professional. 

How many fights am I guaranteed?
The fighting contest will be double elimination.

How do I sign up?
Registration is available on this website. There is a $175 registration donation for all boxers. All boxers must also have a physical and be a member of USA Boxing.

Who benefits from this event?
All proceeds will go to the Officer Down Org. and other similar firefighter charities. Officer Down’s sole objective is to provide financial support to those in need who fit the criteria outlined in the Officer Down bylaws. These recipients and their families will receive a donation from Officer Down at the end of the calendar year. 

When will the event take place?
• Q & A for interested participants: November 6 or 8th at 7pm at Gold's Gym Lawrenceville
• First Boxers Meeting: January 15 or 17th at 7pm at Gold's Gym Lawrenceville
• Second Boxers Meeting: March 18 or 20th at Gold's Gym Lawrenceville
• Championship: April 19, 2008 at Sovereign Bank Arena

Where will the event be held?
Preliminary boxing matches will be held at Gold’s Gym Lawrenceville, NJ. The championship will be held at The Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, NJ.

Can I purchase tickets for the event?
Tickets will be available on www.comcasttix.com at a later date. Suites are available for the night of the event.
